Yoga at SEEC

-Mondays: 6:45 to 7:30am (45 mins)​

-Wednesdays: 7:30 to 8:15am (45 mins)​

November: 12th & 19th

-Fridays: 6:45 to 7:45am (60 mins)​​​​

November: 21st

Join me for Slow Flow! A mindful, breath-centered flow that blends movement with intention. Moving at an unhurried pace to build strength, mobility, and presence while staying connected to your inner rhythm. This class is designed to balance energy; dynamic yet grounding, active yet restful.

The Friday class includes a 15 minute meditation!

 

Class is $10. Please bring a yoga mat. Cash/Venmo/Zelle is accepted.

Yoga on the top of Vroman's Nose!

Yoga is on pause at the Vroman's Nose for now. :)

We meet in the parking lot and walk up together.

 

Class is $10. 

 

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on. Cash/Venmo/Zelle is accepted.

 

If the weather is bad, we move class to SEEC. Text me at

Tuesdays, Slow Flow,
8-8:45am

Class is free to members.
Not a member? Class is $10. I accept cash, venmo, or zelle before the start of class. 

Bring a yoga mat or borrow one from the gym. Yoga mats are at both locations.

-Delanson Location:

Wednesdays, Gentle Yoga & Stretch, 6-6:45pm

All class payments refer to the front desk at the Delanson location.
