Class is $10. Please bring a yoga mat. Cash/Venmo/Zelle is accepted.

Slow Flow: A mindful, breath-centered flow that blends movement with intention. Moving at an unhurried pace to build strength, mobility, and presence while staying connected to your inner rhythm. This class is designed to balance energy; dynamic yet grounding, active yet restful.

Yin Yoga: A class to slow down and stretch with intention. Yin is a meditative practice that invites you to soften, surrender, and listen inward. Postures are explored for several minutes, allowing the deeper connective tissues to gently open and release while the nervous system relaxes and builds resilience. This class is designed to help you unwind unnecessary tension in the body and mind. 

Gentle Yoga & Stretch: This is a nourishing, slow-paced practice with grounded, mindful movement, simple postures, and intentional stretching. This class invites you to move with awareness rather than effort. Emphasis is placed on breath, accessibility, and listening to your body's needs in each moment. This practice offers a steady, grounding experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, open, and reconnected to yourself. 

Overall, whether you're seeking relief from tension, recovering from stress, or simply craving a softer way to move, my classes are for you.

Yoga on the top of Vroman's Nose!

Yoga is on pause at the Vroman's Nose until the Spring! :)

We meet in the parking lot and walk up together.

 

Class is $10. 

 

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on. Cash/Venmo/Zelle is accepted.

 

If the weather is bad, we move class to SEEC. Text me at
