Gentle Yoga & Stretch
Gentle Yoga & Stretch: This is a nourishing, slow-paced practice with grounded, mindful movement, simple postures, and intentional stretching. This class invites you to move with awareness rather than effort. Emphasis is placed on breath, accessibility, and listening to your body's needs in each moment. This practice offers a steady, grounding experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, open, and reconnected to yourself.
Overall, whether you're seeking relief from tension, recovering from stress, or simply craving a softer way to move, my classes are for you.

Yoga on the top of Vroman's Nose!
We meet in the parking lot and hike up together. At the top, we take in the view and then enjoy a Slow Flow practice.
Slow Flow: A mindful, breath-centered flow that blends movement with intention. Moving at an unhurried pace to build strength, mobility, and presence while staying connected to your inner rhythm. This class is designed to balance energy; dynamic yet grounding, active yet restful.

We use the picnic tables, but you're welcome to bring your own folding or outdoor chair.
